TecoZam considers the development of areas related to talent management, training and cultural transformation key to its success. Therefore the Lessons Learned conference and employee recognition are so important to us as an organization. These have been carried out since 2018 and are serving as a tool for transmitting corporate values to employees and also as a meeting point, dissemination and discussion of various Quality issues, Success stories, lessons learned and projection into the future of organization strategy.
On the last day of Lessons Learned held in February 2020 at our headquarters, work was carried out to recognize our workers in matters of Health and Safety and R & D & I, with the awarding of Prizes in these two categories:

With these acts, the organization aims to value the attitude and contributions made by our workers in terms of health and safety and innovation in their daily work and highlight how these colleagues become elements of transmission of our corporate values to other employees. improving TecoZam's culture and highlighting the company's commitment to improving the societies where we operate, following our line of argument "innovating to join paths".
