Works description:
Execution of the “Os Portos Viaduct”, consisting of two parallel viaducts, one of them has a length of 236m and another 246m, with 5 piers each one, up to 37m high.
Works performed:
Construction of the piers, abutments and decks, with a pouring concrete of 15,200 m3 in all.
It were executed 557 m of hollow-section piers by steel climbing formwork of 5.55 m high.
For the construction of the deck hollow section, it was used, deck formwork and as a method of support was used trusses falsework on high-load towers, which exceeded 35 m. in height.
