Fernando Martinez Maillo, President of the Provincial Council of Zamora, who is attending this week the VIII Ibero-American Local Government Forum 2013 held in Panama, as the Vice President of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP), used his stay in the country to visit the works developed by our subsidiary TECOZAM PANAMÁ in the lower chamber of Panama Channel.
